A Tribute to The Jam bring the sound, style and energy of one of Britain’s greatest bands to Hull Mod & Ska 2026.  Pretty Green are widely regarded as one of the UK’s most dedicated Jam tribute bands, Pretty Green deliver a powerful live show packed with passion, precision and unmistakable Mod attitude.

With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to recreating the iconic sound of The Jam, the band combine tight musicianship and authentic style to capture the spirit of the original classics that defined a generation.

Blending mod, indie and ska influences, Cian Downing is emerging on the British indie scene with infectious energy and melodic song writing inspired by artists such as Billy Bragg, Paul Weller and The Specials.

Hailing from Stevenage, Hertfordshire, Cian has spent the past year touring the UK with his four-piece band, building a loyal following. His debut album The Grassroots to the Sky, released on his own Loft End Records label, showcases his distinctive sound.

Cian has already performed at major events including Isle of Wight Festival, Brighton Mod Weekender, London’s legendary 100 Club and Blam Blam Fever Weekender and HMS 2025, and continues to make waves as a passionate DIY musician.

Best known as one third of Sharp Class, bringing his song writing talent and electrifying stage presence to a powerful solo performance. As a singer-songwriter and seasoned live performer, Billy blends sharp melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and energetic delivery that connects instantly with any crowd.

Billy kicked off the HMS sessions in 2025 at the Spring Bank Tavern, delivering a standout set that left the audience wanting more. His performance set the tone for the day and quickly made him a crowd favourite.
